1. When you were younger you had dreams of accomplishing great things, and visiting exotic places. You ran around in your princess outfit or superhero costume, thinking about when you were older you would take the world by storm? What happened? Life. A life that you live to fulfill the purpose of others, but what about you? It all comes down to the mindset. We are made to believe you can’t be a good parent and have a full career. You can’t travel and still take care of fiscal responsibilities. The word CAN’T is just the word CAN with an apostrophe and the letter T added to it. People will add things to your life, just like the letter T to tell you what you CAN’T DO, but the only limits you have are the limits you set on yourself. Live and enjoy life to the fullest, because the journey to fulfillment begins in your mind. Schedule 2. Society has looked to religion to solve the question of what are we here for. Religion is a set of practices, that are followed, that may or may not have anything to do with faith, but will always have to do with a person’s mindset. The answers to whatever question you have can be found if you look within yourself and set your mind to discover the truth. We are all here to make things a little better when we leave, than when we first arrived. One person can make difference, even if it is just to one other person. When we have the mindset of being the best version of ourselves we can be, and see that as our general purpose, that helps our mind discover our specific purpose. When we live this way, we inspire others to break free from societal paradigms and develop a mindset to be the best they can be and do the best they can…everyday, everyway! You deserve the best. Let’s talk about the word “Can’t” and how it may be affecting your growth. Schedule your complimentary consultation today.

1. Eating clean is often avoided because on the surface it appears to be a drastic change from what is convenient and comfortable. It may take a little more work to find a place that sells food that fits the bill, and a little research to know what exactly you are putting in your body. It’s easier than growing all your food on your own, from seed to a cooked dinner on the table. Ask any farmer. A person, with a little practice and research, will find making “clean” eating choices will become a part of your lifestyle, just like the certain clothing style you prefer. Like martial arts, eating clean is not something you just “do”, it is a way of life.
In most world religions, you will find a cautionary admonishment to be cognizant of what you are allowing into your consciousness, i.e., what you watch, hear and experience. The premise behind this thought is the external stimuli we receive contributes to the formation of our worldview, which shapes our mindset. If we receive continuous negative feedback, we will tend to think of things in a negative way. When we receive positive feedback, the same holds true. There is also the idea of mental debris. These are the things that are neither positive or negative but takes up space needed to propel us towards our hearts desires. When we limit the negative, and accentuate the positive we can develop a mindset geared towards success. This is not saying everything is fairy dust and unicorns. This is saying instead of looking at situations as obstacles, see them as opportunities to develop new solutions. Failure is can be used to tell us what not to do so we can focus on what needs to be done. Problems become potential breakthroughs. The battle for success begins in the mind, and you can dominate the battlefield if you ensure all things you receive in your mind are used to help you instead of hindering you from reaching your goals. I have years of experience helping people from all walks of life develop a winning mindset. Connect with me today.
Many people refuse to watch horror movies because of the nightmares they may have. They choose to watch movies where the underdog succeeds, in spite of the odds, because most feel they are the proverbial underdog. Who is helping you realize all things are possible if you believe and work toward making your beliefs a reality? Who or what motivates you to move past your circumstances and press toward the achievement of your goals, dreams and aspirations? Who is telling you the things nightmares are made of when it comes to you trying to live your life to the fullest? Make sure if you allow someone to pour into you, they are pouring things to enhance your life, and not the things that will take up space and suck the life out of you! Live your life to the fullest and let your desired success associate with others that desire success. Connect with me and find new ways to get rid of your fears and make your beliefs a reality.
The prolific authors, George Orwell and Aldous Huxley wrote of a futuristic time in which words not only define reality but words are a person’s reality. The words you receive daily are processed by your mind and help shape and determine not only your perspective but your reality. Words given to you by what you consider to be a reputable source, define how you think and view not only the world but your life. When we limit our reality to the words provided by someone that we believe has our best interest in mind, we limit our ability to think.
When we limit our ability to think, we limit our ability to think beyond our circumstances. Eliminate “negative” words from your vocabulary that limit the achievement of your dreams. Enhance your positive words to build up your belief that what you desire for your future is attainable. Surround yourself with people that will utter words of help and not hindrance. Not all words that do not say you are great are necessarily bad. Words that propel you to your individual greatness, perceived as good or bad are all good if it helps you be all you desire to be and do all you desire to do. Live a life of purpose on purpose.
Do you find it challenging to eliminate negative words from your vocabulary? Let me guide you into a positive direction! Physical fitness is important to a person’s overall well-being as water is important to sustaining life. A person that is physically fit can endure more, meaning they are generally physically equipped to withstand pressures that accompany any goal achievement. An unknown author once stated that only in the dictionary does success come before work. That means we have to be willing to put in work if we want to be successful. A person that knows their body is operating at peak efficiency does not worry about IF they can do, they are already focused on the next step in reaching their hearts desires. Physical fitness goes hand and glove with mental fitness. Your resiliency skills are enhanced when the body works with you, because it is fit, than against you, because it is not. Setting up a consistent regimen for physical fitness comprises many elements. Connect with me for some proven starter techniques!
Many people see the term spirituality as being synonymous with religion or some type of church. The interesting thing is the word spirituality comes from the word spirit. Spirit comes from the Greek word Pneuma, where we get the term pneumatic brakes. The more your internal motivation is tied to your goals, the harder you will work to reach your goals. If you motivation to work everyday is driven by your desire for your family to never go hungry, you will do what you have to in order to reach that goal. If your goal is not that important to you, like eating a bag of popcorn by nightfall everyday; you may never reach that goal. Identify what drives you or motivates you to want to reach any goals, specifically life goals. Are they a nicety or a must have? What drives you? Have you been really trying and yet still having problems reaching your goals? You don't have to struggle, connect with me. To experience success, you must first expect success. When you expect success, you must do the things to mirror your expectations. When you expect defeat, you develop a defeatist attitude and either do things to make defeat a self-fulfilling prophecy. The key to success is to adopt an idea of success. When you develop an attitude that embraces success, you change your mindset from being a victim to a victor. A victor is victorious in the endeavor they pursued. They are not concerned with obstacles, because they see them as opportunities to improve. They do not see problems as an issue, but potential chances to be better than they ever dreamed. When you expect success, you will find you are only interested in those things that will help you be successful. Expect success today and start living a life of success, TODAY!
Have you had any experiences in life that left you feeling victimized? I have techniques to give you a new path towards becoming victorious. Do you say one thing and do another? Do you claim to be working toward your success but instead, find yourself doing things that guarantee your failure? Many times our actions drown out our words, meaning what we do is more believable than what we say. A person that wants to be debt free would not take their mortgage money and go gamble at the local casino. A person that claims they want to be debt free would not go out and live way above their means, just to be perceived as a success. Align your words with your actions. If you desire to be successful, do those things to be successful. When you expect success, you prepare for success by ensuring your every action serves your purpose to be successful. If you do not desire to be successful, you do not have to do anything; defeat will come sooner or later! Expect success and be successful!
If you could use some guidance in aligning your words and your actions connect with me. I can provide you with the information you need to stay on track and be successful. Thoughts define your reality, as words define your thought. When you limit your words, you limit your thoughts, or your ability to think. If you desire to limit your thoughts, why not limit thoughts of negativity? If you want to add to your thoughts, add words that bolster your creativity, positivity and ability to perceive the power in you, just waiting to be birthed out of you. When you began to perceive your goals are attainable, you began to do the things you need to do to achieve those goals. When you began to do the things to achieve your goals, you began to believe it can be done and actually began to visualize the end result instead of being bogged down by the steps along the way. Perceiving is achieving and believing, so believe you can be all you desire to be and JUST DO IT!
Let me guide you ...as you formulate the words and thoughts that will lead you to achieve your goals! |
