When was the last time you did something just for YOU? When was the last time you took action to help you live the life you desired, with no regrets? When was the last time you just went for it, whatever you desired without a thought to the negative consequences you may face. Many of us we want to do things, but because of the possible consequences we hesitate. When it comes to the subject of chasing our passions, we hesitate, procrastinate, and will often say it has to wait because of our responsibilities. Are you in a fixed position in your career? Do you have the passion of an entrepreneur? Are you thinking about the time when you can make a change, but not sure how to make your passions a reality?
We have tried different “schemes” someone else used, but it just didn’t’ work for us. When we try to use solutions tailored to the situation of someone else as the answer to ours, just like medicine, the symptoms may be similar, but everyone’s situation is unique to them, the cure seldom works. Reach out to me and let me help you do something for yourself with no guilt, no regrets, and no concerns about being able to still fulfill your responsibilities. Let me develop a plan just for YOU, based on YOU and YOUR desires to live life to the fullest! No worries, no regrets, just SUCCESS! Schedule your free Discovery Call today!!

Growing up, cartoons were a wonderful pastime in which to spend Saturday mornings before the parents released you to go outside or go wherever your special place was for the weekend. As you watched the exploits of Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, or perhaps Superman or Wonder Woman was your flavor, you wondered how could they be superheroes, yet still be satisfied with their ordinary aspects of their lives when they weren’t saving the world. Many of us grow up trying to be like those superheroes; Superman, where nothing really fazes us. Wonder Woman who cannot be defeated by man or beast. We shy away from our Clark Kent and Diana Prince personalities to prove to the world we are the best there is, was and will ever be. Superman and Wonder Woman are fictional characters, so the question is; are you for real. If you are trying to be like them, are you being true to yourself? Are you just faking it to make it, or have you truly embraced who you are? Can people see the real you, or do they only see the image you portray? Many times people forget, Superman was who Clark Kent “used” to not detract from the life he chose. Wonder Woman left the island she was from to be who she really wanted to be, versus the pigeon-holed leader her home island decided she should be. Don’t hide from who you are; embrace it. If you don’t like who you are, then chase your dream and become the person you want to be. What’s stopping you besides FEAR and you? Never forget, Superman was a persona of Clark Kent, not Clark Kent a persona of Superman. Wonder Woman was a persona of Diana Prince, not the other way around.
The beautiful thing is, we don’t have a need of a superhero alter ego for the people we see every day; for many, if we would just be the best version of ourselves we can be; the best parent, sibling, leader, worker, or whatever it may be, we will find we are already a Superhero in someone’s eyes for just being real! We often take things for granted and seldom stop to reflect on what we have to be grateful for. We live in a world where we constantly look at what we don’t have, have not achieved, and have yet to go or do. Perhaps we should look back on what we have accomplished so far, the storms we have weathered and the places we have been; not so much as what we have not done, but what has been done on our life list. When we refuse to lament the mistakes of the past, we can then appreciate our moment in time in our present. The idea that maybe a few years ago you dreamed about owning a car; we now own one; may not be what we want, but we have transportation now. Something to be grateful for. We may not own our dream home, but we are not homeless; and that’s something to be grateful for. We may not eat at the finest eating establishments, but just the other day we were saying how we need to go on a diet; something to be grateful for. It is easy to find reasons to complain, and it takes more muscles to frown than smile. Why not use the economy of muscles and smile as we look at the birds in the air. We have sight and can see the majestic birds as they are lifted in the air. Our complaints can lift us higher and spur us to greatness. We feel the wind on our face. That means the sensation of touch is still active in our lives, so we can breathe life and touch someone else’s life with a kind word or gesture. There are so many things to be grateful for; if nothing else, you no longer think defeat and now proclaim victory over every facet of your life. There is one thing about scars we often forget; the time of the injury hurt, and may mar our flesh, but we survived, and if we survived once, we can again; something to be grateful for. Look over your life and don’t spend time lamenting, connect with me and let's put your list of grateful ways to move forward
There is an old saying, which tells us we are what we eat. A contemporary version speaks to the idea of garbage in, garbage out. Conversely, if you consume things that are healthy, then your health is improved. This begs the question, what are you feeding your mind and soul. Are you ingesting a constant diet of negativity, pessimism and doubt, or a healthy diet of positivity, optimism and hope. Many times a first look at a situation is not the correct view of that situation. Many times a hopeless situation actually has elements of hope if you search for them. A storm cloud may bring destruction, but the rain can bring healing to an area ravaged by drought. Who do you allow to speak into your life? Do you allow those that are trying to help you be the best version of you, or those that down you so they can feel as if they are the best version of themselves? If you live a life where you allow people, places and things to bring toxicity to your mind and soul, you will live a life full of toxins. When you seek people, places and things to pour healing, hope, and yes, even sometimes tough love into your life, you will find you have the impetus to reach new hopes, achieve new goals and be all you can be, as you aim high, enjoying this great adventure called life. As we watch our diet for our bodies, we must also watch our diet for our mind and soul. Who feeds you and who do you need to cut from the list of places you can spiritually eat. As we make smart healthy choices for our bodies, we must do the same for our mind and soul. Are you ready to live your life of purpose on purpose? Schedule your strategy session with me today and start living the life your deserve. What does it mean to live your life with and on purpose? Well, first off, it means being a conscious creator. It means being aware of your motives and decisions and being attuned to the cause and effect relationship. When you are a conscious creator you make your decisions from a place of awareness and choice. You choose what you think, you choose how you feel, and you choose the actions you take. Purposeful living also means living your life with intention. When you are aware of your desires and the reasons behind them, you are also in a position to receive powerful guidance that then follows through to manifestation. Every person is unique in what they came here to do and experience. However, all of us have something in common; we are all connected to Source and we are all destined for joy and fulfillment. Why do some people "get there" while others find themselves struggling through life? It's a simple matter of alignment. In order to fulfill our destiny, we must align ourselves with the ultimate truth; that we are here to enjoy life, be fulfilled in all good ways and to share our joy and gifts with the world.
The keys to purposeful living are as follows:
