The Bible tells us you reap what you sow. The world tells us we get out what we put in. These sayings deal with the concept of getting a return on our investment. If we desire massive results, we must be prepared to enact massive action. If we want to change our physique, we can’t just talk about, or think about it, we have to do something about it. We have to examine our diet, look at or develop a fitness program and do it. If want to change our fiscal fitness; we have to look at what are we spending our money on, where can we cut unnecessary cost and where can we invest, diversity or save to reach the fiscal picture we desire. If we desire a failing relationship to thrive, we have to determine what is important to us, determine what we are willing to do and do it. When we use minimum effort we can only expect minimum results. If you invest one hour of time a week with your child, to show him or her you love them, how effective will their concept of your love for them be manifested in their life. If you invest one day a month in fully doing your job, how much of that effort will actually be manifested in your paycheck? If you decide to invest one hour a year in bettering your life, how much improvement can you realistically expect to see? You control the change, and you control what you can realistically do in whatever it is you decide to change. To get the maximum return on your investment, you must give your maximum effort, or invest maximum action and get your maximum results! Are you ready to start living your life of purpose on purpose?
